

Insurance Law is generally divided into two as social insurance law and private insurance law.
Social insurance law; It is a form of insurance provided through various institutions established by special laws. Social insurance law, which is defined as a sub-branch, covers the social security of wage earners, civil servants, public and private sector workers and self-employed persons in all segments of society.
The other sub-branch is named as private insurance law. Private insurance activities in our country are carried out by independent insurance companies. Private insurance law as specified in the Turkish Commercial Code; It is divided into two as Loss and Life insurance.
Damage insurance; While creating property and liability insurance types, Life insurance; life insurances, accident insurances and sickness and health insurances.
Our Office; provides services in the resolution of disputes arising from traffic insurance, motor own damage insurance, personal accident insurance, home and workplace insurance and other insurance policies.
