Inheritance Law is the branch of law that regulates the transfer of the property of this person, that is, his estate, as stipulated by the Turkish Civil Code, to whom and how, in the event of the death or absence of a real person.

The property of the deceased, that is, the inheritor, that can be transferred to the heirs is called the estate.

In the event of death or disappearance of the deceased, without any disposition over his estate, the right holders are only their legal heirs. However, he can make death-related savings on his estate, except for the shares of the heirs with hidden shares.

In this case, the heirs appointed in addition to the legal heirs will have a right on the estate. It is one of the most frequently encountered disputes that domestic disputes and incompatibilities turn into an effort to exclude the legal heirs partially or completely by saving on the estate of the inheritor.
